We're on the hunt for creative talent
Washington Green are calling for unsigned visual artists to apply to join the ranks of some of the UK's most talented artists.
IN:SIGHT is an art open call offers aspiring artists a platform to showcase their work. Successful applicants will be featured in the Summer Exhibition at Castle Fine Art in Birmingham's prestigious International Convention Centre and the exhibiting artists are also in with a chance of securing a publishing contract with Washington Green.
Last year, we received over 400 entries for IN:SIGHT and 20 artists were selected to take part in the Summer Exhibition – three of which have since gone on to launch successful publishing careers.
Abstract artist Robert Oxley, 43, landscape painter Elaine Mather, 62, and figurative artist Nigel Mason, 63, all joined our diverse portfolio of contemporary artists following IN:SIGHT 2015. Their work is now published alongside the likes of Ronnie Wood, Bob Dylan, Raphael Mazzucco and Stuart McAlpine Miller.
